Middlesex University’s Private Rented Accommodation (PRA) office in partnership with Studentpad offer the most cost effective and simplest method to let your property(ies) quickly and easily. The PRA office solely uses studentpad software to advertise your properties. In turn, students are referred to the middlesexstudentpad website and it is therefore very successful for registered landlords. Please note that when compiling these webpages reference is made to landlords. This is an all encompassing term to include landlords and landladies. All our listings are impartial and inclusion does not imply recommendation by the University

Once registered, students will contact you directly to arrange property viewings and discuss mutually agreeable terms. You may also wish to provide the student with a copy of our student tenant charter. It must be emphasised that whist the PRA team will work with you to achieve successful tenancies we are not normally able to intervene in any disputes. Accordingly Middlesex University is not responsible for students to comply with any parts of tenancy agreements, any unpaid rent, loss or damage to property. All our listings are impartial and inclusion does not imply recommendation by the University

Register Online

• Register your personal information. This only needs to be done once.
• Submit your information regarding the property that you have to let to the website.
• You will need to forward electronic copies of the following: gas certificate(s), a copy of proof of residence (this can be a utility bill) and personal identification (passport/driving licence etc.) to the university email address shown at the bottom of the page.
• You will need to make a payment for the relevant number of properties you have registered via the following link: http://www.onlinestore.mdx.ac.uk/browse/product.asp?compid=1&modid=1&catid=40, alternatively please post a cheque payable to “Middlesex University” to the Accommodation Office.
• You will then be able to log in at any time and update your property details, manage your tenants, manage any maintenance work and track how many times your property has been viewed.
